About Me

My love for boating began in my high school years when I worked as a mate on a charter boat during the summers in the North Florida area. After graduating from college with a double degree, I began my career in the yachting industry at Beach Marine in Jacksonville where I became a top salesman for Hatteras yachts. Later, as a Bertram dealer, I was honored as the top new boat salesman for Bertram Yachts worldwide. In 1990, I moved to Ft. Lauderdale and joined the HMY staff where I earned the nickname, "Captain Cabo" as HMY’s product coordinator for Cabo Yachts. In 1999, I returned to the Jacksonville area and after HMY opened an office there, I rejoined the HMY team. With thirty three years experience selling sportfish and motoryacht vessels, I feel I have a very rounded background to assist in finding the right boat for my customers with service after the sale.
